Environmental safety is the standard for all enterprises of the Beaulieu International Group. The Russian JUTEKS plant has implemented all modern achievements in the field of careful use of resources, eco-friendly production and waste recycling:

• the exhaust gases are being cleaned – only clean air enters the atmosphere;
• only certified and approved materials are used in production;
• the entire waste management cycle is monitored.

Our holding company, Beaulieu International Group, actively strives to eliminate or minimize the impact of production processes on the environment. The B.I.G. Group controls the quality of raw materials, starting from the stage of supplier selection, ending with the stage of shipment and logistics of finished products.

The issue of energy resources consumption is under constant strict control, and projects are being implemented to reduce the amount of electricity used in the production process.

One of the most pressing issues of modern environmental safety is waste disposal. B.I.G. Corporation is constantly improving technologies for maximum purification and processing of industrial waste. We closely monitor water consumption and use recycled water wherever possible.

We are actively looking for new logistics opportunities – an alternative to road transportation (rail, sea transport), as well as improving the internal processes of moving machinery in production. For example, a project has already been implemented to replace all production loaders that used to run on gasoline or gas fuel with environmentally friendly electric loaders.
